Virginia State University has just announced there new president. Dr. Keith Miller comes to Ettrick from Lock Haven University, part of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
More than 100 folks lined up to meet Miller this morning at Jones Dining Hall. President Eddie N. Moore will step down next June, with Miller taking office July 1, 2010.
